Shipping information

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on and the location to which the item(s) will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a variety of shipping methods.

We are unable to ship any orders to Russia, Bielorussia Kazakistan, Armenia e Kirghizistan. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Care.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email or select the ‘track order’ option here and enter your order number and email address or sign into your account.

We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Any order placed after 12 P.M. ET will be processed the following business day. Due to a high volume period, your order may take longer than anticipated. Every item is especially sewed upon order receipt with great craftsmanship and care. For this reason we do not provide deliveries within the same week the orders are made. Anyways, we do our our best to deliver the goods within 3 to 4 weeks from the order date.

Orders and returns

Click on a Product Photo or Product Name to see more detailed information. To place your order, choose the specification you want and enter the quantity, and click ‘Add to cart’.Please enter the required information such as Billing Address, Quantity Type etc. Before clicking “Order”, please check your Order Details carefully. If you want to add a new Delivery Address, click ” Add a new address”. If you want to edit a current Shipping Address, click ‘Ship to different address’. After confirming your Order, you will be automatically taken to the Payment page.

To return the items, please follow the instructions below:

1) Prepare your parcel; download the return form HERE and insert it within the package together with the merchandise you want to exchange/return.
Please ensure you securely package with the original despatch note/a printed email.
Please note: all returns must have all tags still attached. They must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged. The items can be returned only if bought on our official website, within 14 days upon receipt.
For customs purposes and to avoid extra charges, please state clearly on the customs invoice that this is a return.

2) Post it back to the following address using trackable courier service.

Once we have received your return we will send you a confirmation and send out your exchange or process your refund. Please note: we cannot reserve stock for exchanges until we receive the returns back into our warehouse. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Payment information

We gladly accept Credit Cards with Stripe method. Unfortunately, we cannot accept COD orders and all orders must be paid in full once submitted online.

We do our best to provide accuracy in the pricing and other product information displayed on our website, but mistakes sometimes happen. In such cases, expressly reserves the right not to honor pricing errors found on this website when accepting an online order. If an error occurs, we’ll let you know and cancel the order. Any authorized payments for that order will be immediately refunded. If you find an error once your order is delivered, please contact our Customer Care team or refer to our return policy.
